Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.


Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our return portal at account.protectyourpup.co
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Please note: Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at support@protectyourpup.co with:

  • Your order details.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.

We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item using our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, contact us at support@protectyourpup.co.
